Follow these steps to get this information: If your iPhone is functioning properly: Navigate to Settings -> General -> About. Using 'Find My iPhone' on a Computer
1.Open a Web Browser on your computer and visit icloud.com/find.
2.Input your Apple ID and password and click the 'Arrow' button to sign in.
4.Navigate to 'Devices' and click to open a drop-down menu.
5.Select your iPhone from the list of available devices. If the phone is currently turned on and connected to the Internet, its location will appear in the map. You can also choose to have your device play a sound,' put your iPhone in lost mode to require a passcode for access or remotely wipe its contents by selecting 'Erase iPhone.'
Using Find My iPhone on Another iOS Device
2.Type your Apple ID and password and then tap 'Sign In.'

3.Contact your cellular provider and ask that the representative suspend your device's service. If you've purchased additional insurance, file a claim.
4.File a police report with your local police department. You may need to first locate the device's serial number, which you can find in iTunes by navigating to 'Preferences,' 'Devices' and then hovering over the name of your last backup. If you registered your product with Apple, you can also locate the serial number by visiting My Support Profile at the Apple website.

- Periodically back up your iPhone. This prevents total data and information loss from occurring in the event you lose your iPhone.
